We are available by phone and email on weekdays from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (except public holidays).

  • Updating WordPress core software and plugins with version upgrades and security patches.
    • Updates are applied as soon as possible. Before updating, we check for compatible updates to main plugins and verify that critical post-release bugs have been fixed. Our specialists analyze the update content and perform updates only when they are stable. Rushing updates can cause more harm than good. Typically, security updates are applied within 1-3 business days, and minor or patch updates within 5 business days.
    • Manual, multi-step process. Updates are first applied on a development server before being pushed live, ensuring your website remains accessible and fully functional for visitors at all times.
    • Testing during and after updates, including checks of various views and functional parts of the site (forms, payments, etc.) first on the development server and then on the live site after deployment.
    • Code fixes if errors occur, including integrating corrected code with existing code (up to 1 hour per issue).
  • Backup copies are made, stored, and restored if needed.
  • Paid plugin licenses are covered free of charge during the contract period, saving you €251 annually:
