Lumi Capital is a real estate investment management firm that is inspired by great architecture and high-quality urban space. Their minimalistic website reflects that.
While presenting projects and displaying news, the detailed content (project, news etc) doesn’t appear on a new page but as a new layer on the already open content. This ensures that the user can go back to the previous view very quickly. When closing the detail view layer, the initial view remains open and doesn’t have to be loaded again.
It is especially fast and convenient on phones. Modern technology has solved the problem of pop-up links – pop-ups can have an address of their own, so it can be copied and sent.
