Why?

Today’s web user is very impatient and fussy. Slow loading, confusing menu, difficult to read or irrelevant content, malfunctions and morally outdated appearance will scare the user away to explore the competitor’s websites in seconds.

Evaluating the website allows problems to be discovered earlier and solved on an ongoing basis. A general audit points out problems that do not have to be eliminated all at once. Solving a few problems is often enough to greatly improve usability. In this way, it is actually possible to quickly and with low costs avoid users leaving or frustration, as well as the large amount of work and investment that come with a comprehensive website update.

To whom?

For website owners who want to get an (initial) overview of the health and performance of their website in order to plan further activities.

Service content

With the general audit, we map the current situation of the website. For auditing, we mainly use the observation of an experienced specialist who evaluates various aspects of the website from the point of view of both the user and the website owner. We also use different analysis software.

The result of the work is an audit document, which contains an assessment of the current situation by topic, along with explanations and possible solutions to the identified problems.

Based on the general audit, the owner of the website can decide whether and where it is necessary to direct resources in the development of the website.

The audit document is suitable as part of the specification of updating or further developing the website or as an additional input for a (state) procurement to find a contractor.

As part of our client support service, we periodically perform a general audit on the websites of our clients.
