Why?

The content, structure and design of the website must be based on the needs of the users and the goals of the website owner. The audit provides a data-based overview of who the website visitors are, how they get to the page, and what they do or fail to do on the website.

Bottlenecks are revealed, the correction of which would make the website better from the perspective of both the user and the website owner. The audit is therefore an important input for planning the website update.

To whom?

For the website owners who use their website purposefully and based on data to achieve their organisation’s goals and want an overview of the website’s performance.

Service content

An audit consists of a quantitative survey conducted by an experienced analyst. We normally collect data using Google Analytics and Hotjar software.

When analysing the collected data, we take into account the principles of user-centred design and the goals set for the website.

The result of the work is an audit document, in which, in addition to the summary of the collected data, an assessment of the current situation is presented along with explanations and possible solutions to the identified problems.

Independently, the audit document is suitable as part of the specification of updating or further developing the website, or as an input for a (state) procurement to find a contractor.
