How do we work?

Design resulting from analysis

When creating a website we start our process from the client. We get to know your values, market position and competitors, sales arguments and business goals. We ask what role does the website hold in your marketing and organisations’ activity. We map out the current situation and keep in mind what needs to be achieved. Together we find out if and what needs to be changed and created.

Next we analyse who is the website user and what motivates them. Why and how should the user operate on the website? Based on this we will start designing the user experience.

In the planning and design phase we move from general to more specific and during the process communicate frequently with the client to avoid costly remakes in the further process. We weigh different options that result from the analysis, best modern practices and our extensive experience.

We bring businesses and customers together!

Solution that creates value to both sides

Content strategy and copywriting

An important phase that is often underestimated when creating a website is content creation and insertion. Creating good content takes a lot of time and that needs to be taken into account when planning. We can help with content analysis, planning and copywriting.

Developing i.e coding

After the user experience is fixed in the design prototype then the developers will make it come alive. We use modern, generally accepted methods and tools. We test thoroughly. We can also create a website that takes into account accessibility requirements and meets strict WCAG standards.

Content management system (CMS)

For the owner of the website it is important for the content management to be easy and quick. We recommend WordPress as a modern, flexible and sustainable CMS. We also have vast experience with Joomla! and Voog platforms.

Consistent client support, updates and analysis

A website is actually never definitively ready. The market situation and technologies change constantly. There is always something to improve. That means testing, observing analytics and updating according to the changed circumstances.
